The 2016 Prospect Zinfandel opens with a bouquet of aromas of raspberries, black cherry and subtle notes of mushroom. On the palate, you’re immediately met with flavors of baked cherry and blackberry flavors are layered with notes of sweet oak, while underlying darker fruit on the finish. The silky mouthfeel and medium body make this a well-structured yet balanced wine with a lingering finish.
